_*Primary Responsibilities*_*:*
* Manage the healthcare plan for assigned patient according to physician's instructions
* Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities
* Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
* Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
* Check for signs of infection, bedsores, and wounds, and provide appropriate care
* Educate and advise caregivers in the household on patient care techniques
* Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to develop and improve the patient's healthcare plan
* Provide palliative care as needed to ensure patient comfort and well-being
_*Knowledge and Experience*_*:*
* Understanding of nursing principles and practices
* Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
* Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong time management and organization skills
* Peg Tube/G-Tube Experience (*Required*)
* Trach/Vent experience (Case-Dependent)
_*Requirements*_:
* CPR/BLS Certified (*Required*)
* Valid In-State Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing (*Required*)
