Security Sales Leader
$200k - $250k base + 2x OTE

We are currently assisting a rapidly growing enterprise software company to expand their Cyber Security business. They are seeking a GTM Leader to join their team remotely.

• Company Profile:
• Established enterprise software company with a strong market presence and over $500m in revenue.
• Focused on digital transformation solutions, with significant product investments and rebranding in recent years.
• Security solutions identified as a high-growth opportunity with Gartner recognition.

Role Overview:

• Lead a team of 8 - 12 professionals, driving sales tactics and strategy for the Cyber Security business.
• Responsible for motivating and managing the sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
• Focus on generating approximately $20M in new license revenue (through both new and existing customers).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary in the range of $200k - $250k, with an OTE potential of up to 2x base.
• Flexible approach to compensation for the right candidate.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in leading sales teams within the security or application security space.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and application security solutions.
• Motivated by driving growth and identifying new opportunities.
