We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Quantico, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). The Graphic Specialists shall edit audio and video for inclusion in visual productions. The specialists will work in production to prepare scripts, shot sheets, establish lighting, make camera movements, set audio controls, and narrate. The specialists will ensure production is technically correct, meets the highest established standards, and achieves the objectives of the requestor. They shall develop and utilize web applications, graphic design tools, streaming media and digital video. The Graphic Specialists shall be responsible to perform the following duties (nonexhaustive): Production of graduation videos for Core schools
Planning, scripting, narrating, and executing others’ shot plans
Prepare scripts, shot sheets, establish lighting, make camera movements and set audio levels
Edit audio, video, photography and graphics into finished products
Create visual productions using a variety of software/hardware
Create and implement special effects into production videos
Identify, develop and support new trends in visual media technology
Develop production quality work to promote strategies and social media activities as identified by the COR
Design, format, and publish illustrations, posters, flyers, programs, certificates, signs, tickets, T-shirts, patches, logos, challenge coins and special items
Prepare concept artwork; rough sketches, illustrations in pen & ink, computer format or any other method appropriate for the project
Video documentation and presentations
Assist with computer-based video editing/graphics Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience to include: Design, format and publish illustrations. Audio and video editing Creating visual productions
Mac envirnonments Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology-related discipline.
