Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Centerville, IA

Pay Range: $17.08 per hour

Shift: Third (10:40 PM - 7:00 AM)

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner.
• Load and unload raw goods and finished products as required.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and adapt to changing tasks.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
