General Managers typically earn $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on store performance and achievement of key business goals.

• Compensation includes a base salary of $42,000 annually PLUS:
• 1% commission on total franchise sales
• Monthly performance bonuses (up to $300)
• Annual AIE bonus of $4,000 (awarded for top 16 performance nationally)
• Profit sharing of up to $10,000 annually based on revenue and profitability
  

This is a highly performance-driven role - top performers may exceed $70,000 in total compensation annually.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is seeking a hands-on, goal-oriented leader to serve as General Manager of our Wilmington location. You'll work closely with frontline staff and the management team to drive results, improve operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role best suited for someone with high energy, strong accountability, and the desire to grow a business while developing people.

Job Focus

• Oversee all daily operations of the assigned franchise location
• Provide leadership and support for management team and frontline staff
• Establish and maintain a culture of service excellence
• Analyze business data to provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
• Meet or exceed goals for profitability, customer service, and brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field
• A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in sales, operations, training, and data analytics with previous P&L responsibility is preferred
• High level of organizational skills, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning
• Ability to utilize various software such as MS Office, cloud-based data storage, digital forms, and phone apps
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
