Job Description
Established business consulting firm in Los Angeles seeks an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This position will manage the financial and administrative operations of the business. This is a client facing role. Duties include:
· Overseeing daily operations and most aspects of company administration
· Assist remote staff, in office staff and management
· Support the firm with some billing and accounts receivable processing
· Maintain policies and procedures
· Perform a variety of tasks for Managing Partner
· Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
· Consistent work history
· Refined client facing skills are a main requirement
· Flexibility
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
· Ability to learn various software programs used within the company
