Professional Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. This role offers comprehensive training under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership, equipping you with the skills to succeed in the mortgage industry. As a Loan Officer, you will guide clients through the loan process, deliver exceptional customer service, and thrive in a competitive, performance-driven environment. No prior mortgage experience is required—we provide full training for candidates with a strong drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Train directly under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership to learn industry best practices.
• Apply proven sales tactics through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls from warm leads generated through multiple referral and lead sources.
• Utilize CRM and loan origination systems to track and process applications efficiently.
• Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners throughout the loan process.
• Participate in team sales meetings, contests, and performance-based incentive programs.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort, results, and growth.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, military service, or commission-based roles.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Comprehensive training provided.
  • Outgoing, competitive, and naturally skilled at building relationships.
  • Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person).
  • Highly motivated by financial success, career growth, and performance recognition.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently after training.
  • Organized, proactive, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to win, not just work.

Pay: Base salary ($30,576) + uncapped bonuses, most

people make $85,000 - $125,000 their first year

Shift: Standard Monday-Friday between 8-5

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
