Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to help plan and execute high-impact events for our clients. The Event Coordinator will support the planning, organization, and on-site execution of events ranging from brand activations and pop-ups to private functions and corporate productions. Job: Full time Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: * Assist with event planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination * Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces * Ensure all materials, equipment, and supplies are delivered and in place * Support logistics for staffing, transportation, and event timelines * Perform on-site troubleshooting and provide solutions in real time Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects at once * Ability to lift and move equipment and work on-site during events Benefits: * Competitive hourly wage * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Health benefits and paid time off for eligible employees * On-site training provided
