Job Description An Email Marketing Specialist will use our CRM platform to deploy email broadcasts for marketing, transactional, and automated emails. They will handle day-to-day list management within the CRM and ensure lists receive all proper communications. Location & Schedule This is a full-time onsite position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, in Aventura, FL. No remote options. Responsibilities Full ownership of email campaigns: obtaining copy from the copy team, executing, and scheduling daily email marketing campaigns using Hubspot. Coordinate with copywriters to ensure campaigns are prepared in advance. Provide quality assurance for outgoing campaigns, ensuring proper voice, imagery, segmentation, etc. Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance. Analyze data and suggest improvements to upper management. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new campaign ideas. Write, execute, and schedule SMS campaigns using various platforms. Continuously work to grow and define the database of 3,600,000+ contacts. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in email marketing and automation using major ESPs. Experience with Shopify, Hubspot, Zapier, and/or ClickFunnels is a plus but not required. Deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting. Familiarity with CAN-SPAM laws. Ability to handle shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple projects. Knowledge of email campaign best practices to maintain and improve deliverability. Strong attention to detail. Highly collaborative and interested in working across multiple areas. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform well under pressure.
