This is a client-facing role where youll act as the trusted advisor, translating business goals into clear marketing strategies and coordinating with our fulfillment teams (SDRs, Lead Gen, and copywriting) to deliver results. Your mission: keep clients engaged, satisfied, and growing by creating business opportunities, providing insights, and building long-term partnerships./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliManage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, acting as the main point of contact./liliUnderstand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for the fulfillment teams./liliCollaborate with SDRs, Lead Gen, and copywriting specialists to deliver integrated campaigns./liliTrack campaign results, assess performance, and present insights in accessible client reports./liliProactively identify risks, suggest improvements, and find upsell opportunities./liliBuild strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and strategic communication./liliEnsure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3p 2+ years of experience in Account Management and Digital Marketing (Email Marketing experience is a plus)./pp Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously./pp Excellent communication and presentation skillsable to turn complex data into actionable insights for clients./pp A tech-savvy profile, and you are a fast learner./pp Remote work experience./pp Strong organizational skills and attention to detail./pp Fluent English (written and spoken)./ppBonus skills:/pulliExperience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.)./liliLead generation tools experience: Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless, etc./liliCRM or marketing automation experience./liliB2B Cold Outreach Email Experience./liliBackground in SaaS or agency environment./li/ulh3Work Environment/h3p It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection.
