District Sales Manager - Roofing Sales Leadership
Sarasota, FL | Full-Time | Commission + Bonus (Expected Earnings $100,000+/year)
Are you a proven sales leader with experience in the roofing or exterior remodeling industry? Tadlock Roofing is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead and drive performance for our high-impact outside sales team across Florida. This is a high-earning opportunity for a motivated leader ready to grow revenue, coach sales reps, and help scale a reputable and rapidly expanding company.
This isn't a "lead-from-behind-the-desk" type of role - you'll have your own individual sales goals and are expected to lead by example in the field .
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor a team of roofing sales representatives
Set and track performance metrics and sales goals
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth
Build strong relationships with contractors, clients, and partners
Stay informed on roofing industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Willing to travel throughout Florida (up to 75%)
3 years of outside sales experience in the roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling industry (required)
Demonstrated success in sales management or team leadership
Experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
