DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Position Summary
The Director of Sales and Marketing is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for
developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with company
goals. This individual will lead by example, build and develop high-performing teams, and use
data-driven insights to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer engagement, and position the
company as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies, including targets, budgets,
and action plans that support business objectives.
Recruit, lead, and mentor sales and marketing professionals while fostering a culture of
performance, collaboration, and accountability.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and
growth opportunities.
Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels,
including advertising, PR, social media, and content marketing.
Manage the sales process end-to-endfrom lead generation to closingwhile
optimizing conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of
campaigns and sales initiatives.
Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with key customers, influencers, and
industry stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across departments and support
overall business goals.
Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to gather insights
and promote brand visibility.
Support special business projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by executive
leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing management.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social
media.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence with sound judgment, discretion, and interpersonal

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Regular movement including standing, walking, reaching, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
Occasional travel required (approximately 20%).
Professional, fast-paced office setting.
Frequent interaction with internal teams and external clients or partners.
Standard office equipment usage (computers, phones, printers, etc.).
Compensation
The position offers a base salary ranging from $125,000 to $155,000, commensurate with
experience. In addition to the base compensation, the role includes two performance-based
1. A bonus equal to 1% of any year-over-year gross margin growth, directly rewarding
contributions to revenue expansion.
2. A second bonus equal to 1% of the companys annual net income, aligning individual
success with overall company performance.
This structure provides a competitive base salary complemented by incentives tied to both
growth and profitability.
