About the Role: As a
Customer Service Representative , you will be the face of our business - providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers. Your role will include:
- Assisting new and existing customers with loan inquiries
- Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility
- Managing customer accounts, payments, and account follow-ups
- Performing data entry and administrative tasks
- Making courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a professional and positive customer experience

Job Requirements: General: - Must be able to work full-time
