About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the face of our business - providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers. Your role will include:

• Assisting new and existing customers with loan inquiries
• Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility
• Managing customer accounts, payments, and account follow-ups
• Performing data entry and administrative tasks
• Making courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a professional and positive customer experience

Job Requirements:

General:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Work Experience:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
