Position Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training programs for recruiters from onboarding to advanced upskilling.
Create and maintain clear, effective learning and development materials rooted in best practices.
Partner with recruiting leaders and HR partners to identify training needs and drive adoption of consistent, high impact hiring practices.
Elevate the team through coaching and mentorship, supporting our recruiters’ growth.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Knowledge of performance-based hiring or similar frameworks.
Experience creating and delivering training in a corporate setting.
Ability to influence, inspire and educate others.
