Bolt Farm Treehouse, a leader in luxury outdoor hospitality, is seeking a talented FULL-time Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to blend your passion for creativity with the beauty of nature. If you have a knack for capturing and creating compelling visual stories, we want to work with you!

*Must be within driving distance to Bolt Farm Treehouse, Whitwell, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Engaging Short-Form Videos : Craft high-quality, visually stunning short-form videos that showcase the charm and beauty of Bolt Farm Treehouse. These videos should be tailored to captivate our audience on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and more.
• Edit and Produce Compelling Content : Skillfully edit both videos and photos to create captivating content that aligns with our brand's image and values.
• Capturing Unforgettable Moments : Utilize your photography skills to capture indoor, outdoor, and lifestyle shots that highlight the unique features, events, and experiences at our resort.
• Operate Drones for Aerial Shots : Take advantage of aerial photography and videography to capture breathtaking views and add an extra layer of excitement to our content.
• Collaborate with Founders : Work closely with founders Seth & Tori Bolt to create promotional videos and photos that convey the unique experience of staying at Bolt Farm Treehouse.
• On-Site Presence : Be on-site several times a week to capture fresh, engaging content, including indoor and outdoor shots that showcase the lifestyle at our locations.
• Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep a pulse on current trends in both short-form video and photography, implementing innovative techniques, effects, and formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video & photo capturing and editing.
• Skilled in drone operation with a strong portfolio showcasing aerial work.
• Excellent storytelling ability through visuals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) or something similar.
• Creative, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Resides within driving distance of Whitwell, TN.

This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position that requires a minimum of 50–60+ hours per week. It is not a part-time, contract, or remote freelance role. Candidates must be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-performance environment that often includes extended work hours, especially during peak seasons and event periods.
