We specialize in mid-to-large commercial and industrial projects with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery. We're now expanding and hiring a Temp Construction Laborer in Pennsylvania.
Job Summary:
*Immediate Opportunity* We are seeking two skilled Construction Laborers for a temporary 4-month project with a heavy focus on ceiling tile replacement. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in commercial construction, particularly with acoustic ceiling systems. Work will take place during overnight shifts, and a key requirement is being comfortable operating on a scissor lift at heights of 40 to 60 feet.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform demolition and replacement of drop ceiling tiles in commercial facilities
Assist with removal and reinstallation of ceiling grid systems
Operate safely and confidently on scissor lifts at heights between 40–60 feet
Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout each shift
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Load/unload and transport materials and equipment
Follow all safety protocols and report hazards to the site supervisor
Communicate clearly with foremen and team members to meet project goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction labor, specifically in ceiling tile or acoustic ceiling work
Comfortable working at heights of 40–60 feet on a scissor lift (required)
Able to work on ladders and lifts for extended periods
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor
Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to working night shifts
Reliable transportation to and from the Wyncote job site
