WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Children’s Activity Area Associate at IKEA Småland, you will: Contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for visiting children. Register, monitor, entertain children, and maintain hygiene in the playroom. Participate in planning and executing children’s activities both inside and outside Småland. Build meaningful relationships with children and their caretakers. Adhere to all safety and security policies. Support other customer experience roles such as cashier or greeter as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in retail or childcare preferred. CPR and First Aid certification training provided. Physical Demands : Lifting and Carrying occasionally (1-25 lbs). Additional Information Part-time, 20-30 hours/week. Hourly pay: $17.15. Open availability Monday through Sunday, 8 am - 11 pm.
