About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring focus, alignment, and execution across high-impact projects and partnerships. The Chief of Staff will also be a central figure in streamlining priorities, strengthening communication, and driving accountability across teams and stakeholders. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a background in a Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or strategic operations role within a fast-paced, founder-led, or entrepreneurial environment, with 4-6+ years of experience. The role requires a candidate with strong relationship management skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, and is motivated by the mission to transform the way people lead, collaborate, and deliver results. Key qualifications include proven success in leadership support, exceptional project management, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools.
