The Chief of Staff will also be a central figure in streamlining priorities, strengthening communication, and driving accountability across teams and stakeholders. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a background in a Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or strategic operations role within a fast-paced, founder-led, or entrepreneurial environment, with 4-6+ years of experience. The role requires a candidate with strong relationship management skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, and is motivated by the mission to transform the way people lead, collaborate, and deliver results.
