About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the business. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, managing a range of business functions and leading high-impact, cross-functional projects. This includes overseeing operational needs in areas such as finance, legal, IT, and people, as well as seizing business opportunities in partnerships, development, and pricing. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for setting up the right systems for long-term success, managing the company's operating rhythm, and being a close partner to the CEO on key initiatives.
