About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to take the helm of its marketing and digital strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with redefining the customer journey, innovating the brand's online experience, and driving growth across all digital channels, including performance marketing, social media, and content. This pivotal role involves leading the overhaul of the company's websites to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey that enhances conversion and retention. The CMO will also be responsible for developing and implementing a high-growth digital acquisition strategy, driving the company's social media and content strategy, and leading brand, creative, and product marketing efforts to support both B2C and D2C growth. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a proven track record as a senior marketing leader in a digitally native, eCommerce, or D2C environment. The role requires a candidate with strong expertise in product marketing, performance channels, and customer experience, as well as a demonstrated success in rebranding or relaunching websites or digital products. The ideal candidate will be a modern, strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution and is adept at using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
