Join Waterway Carwash! We are looking for enthusiastic Car Wash Detail Specialists to join our energetic team! The Detail Specialist works closely with a dedicated team to ensure every vehicle is cleaned to exceptional standards. You will help customers during their visit and ensure they leave satisfied and happy with their experience.

Compensation: Enjoy competitive pay and cash tips daily! Our average pay is around $18 per hour, with some top earners making over $21 per hour.

Location: Waterway Carwash - Highland Park location - 64 Skokie Valley Rd. Highland Park, IL 60035

Qualifications:

• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor and appearance in line with company policies.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean vehicles based on the selected wash package.
• Greet customers enthusiastically, assist them in and out of vehicles, and provide clear instructions.
• Drive vehicles on and off the conveyor while maintaining safety.
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized year-round.
• Wash and care for towels, maintain cleaning supplies, and support wash operations.
• Follow all Waterway policies and procedures, especially regarding safety.
• Complete any other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Work outdoors year-round, facing various temperatures and weather conditions.
• Engage in physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving swiftly.
• Have the ability to see and hear adequately to communicate effectively and ensure safety.
• Fluency in English for communication with team members and customers.
• Consistently maintain punctual attendance and willingness to adapt to varying schedules.
