Business Development Associate - Entry Level (On-Site)

Location: On-Site in one of our office locations at: Beverly Hills, CA, Newport Beach, CA, Woodland Hills, CA, or Las Vegas, Nevada

We are looking for a high-energy, driven, and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growing team immediately. What Youll Do

As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with our dynamic Business Development (BD) team to support key initiatives and build relationships, with a primary focus on daily interactions with Wealth Advisors, third-party Financial Consultants, and stakeholders. Your role will involve:

• Building and nurturing professional relationships with third-party Financial Consultants and other stakeholders.
• Assisting the BD team with strategic projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Networking and engaging with clients, prospects, and team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Supporting business development activities to meet organizational goals.

What Were Looking For

We want someone who brings enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a social and team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates should have:

• A bachelors degree (preferably within the past 12 years).
• Some relevant experience, such as internships, part-time jobs, or active involvement in clubs or organizations where interpersonal interaction was key.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• A self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the business development field.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment; demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and have effective communication skills with a diverse range of individuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, co-workers, employees and upper management.
