Our client, a leading organization in the retail and flooring industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to join their team. As a Branch Manager, you will be an integral part of the store operations team, supporting daily activities and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and is operational focused, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: West Melbourne, FL

Pay: $25.00 to start

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Assist customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent service and support
• Manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with warehouse staff
• Hire, train, and supervise new staff members to maintain high performance standards
• Develop promotional materials and maintain the appearance of the store environment

What's Needed?

• Available to traing in Orlando for 1st 90 days
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of warehouse management experience
• At least 2 years of flooring or related industry experience
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures
• Ability to operate forklift and material handling equipment safely
