Location Requirements:

Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings.

For this role, applicants must reside in one (1) of the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado (outside of Denver, County), Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia or Wyoming.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English

• Deliver an exceptional support experience

• Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers  

• Provide a memorable and delightful experience

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English - while this role supports both, most calls are in English
• Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

• Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
• Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
• A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
• Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
• Desk and an ergonomic chair
