Join a professional, positive, and fast-paced team! We're looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant with strong MS Office skills and preferably a degree. A positive attitude and great organizational skills are a must! Candidates must live locally for this fully in office role.
Job Duties:
Manage phones, emails, and scheduling
Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Maintain organized files and records
Support daily office operations and assist management as needed
