Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP , a national collections law firm located in Dublin, Ohio, is seeking a motivated administrative assistant.

Qualified applicants will have great organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a busy workload. Individuals must be available to work in the office, full-time, M-F 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. We offer an excellent wage, medical benefits, and a 401(k) plan. EOE

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the collection staff, paralegals and management.

Responsibilities of the Job:

• Type letters and update FTI logs
• Send Proof of Service to courts
• Document and distribute faxes
• Sort and process mail daily
• Prepare weekly petitions and garnishments
• Prepare, process and handle follow-ups on Tax Warrants

Requirements of Administrative Assistant:

• Basic phone and computer knowledge
• Must be positive, adaptable, and able to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience:

• Prior legal experience is beneficial.
