Our client, in St. Marys, Ohio is seeking an accounts payable clerk to join their team.The ideal candidate will will have experience in accounting and inventory

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: St Marys Ohio

Pay Range: $23.25 hr

What’s the Job?

• Review and verify invoices and check requests
• Sort, code, and match invoices to purchase orders
• Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Proven working experience in accounts payable or accounting
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
