Core Responsibilities:

• Process 30-50 invoices weekly through accounts payable workflows
• Handle accounts receivable functions including check deposits and payment processing
• Manage comprehensive data entry across multiple systems including MS Access and Tyler Munis
• Process various paper-based forms including invoices, leave requests, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end procedures

Systems & Tools:

• Tyler Munis financial software (experience preferred but comprehensive training provided)
• Traditional paper-based processing systems

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail - this role demands zero tolerance for errors
• Superior data processing capabilities with proven track record of maintaining precision under pressure
• Strong accounts payable and receivable experience with ability to handle high-volume transactions

• Meticulous approach to data entry with ability to maintain consistency across multiple platforms
