Responsibilities in this role include: -Maintains and balances prepaid accounts. -Perform daily accounts payable functions and backup receivables functions. -Reconciliation of month-end and year-end. -Develop and maintain accounting process and procedures to improve efficiency. -Prepare journal entries and month end accruals. -Prepare month-end and year-end balance sheet reconciliations. -Assist with month-end and year-end financial statements -Assist with payroll processing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent. -3+ years of hands-on accounting experience. -Thorough understanding of GAAP. -Strong analytical and accounting skills. -Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
