Distribution Center Team Leader
Jackson, TN Pay Range: The pay range for this position starts at $26.00 per hour. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The Job: As a Distribution Center Team Leader, you'll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to manually load and unload materials, stack and wrap pallets, sort materials, and perform general labor tasks to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You'll also get to:
- Manually load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets.
- Stack, organize, and wrap pallets for storage or shipment using shrink wrap and other materials.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials handled.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

You also have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with JDA Warehouse Management System and Exacta, or similar WMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods as required by the department.
